Common Problems and Solutions

  1. Wrong Wallet Address Entered:

    • Make sure it's your ETH wallet starting with '0x' and 42 characters.

    • Fix: If the bot says invalid, just send the correct one again.

  2. Can't Get ETH Price:

    • Sometimes price checks fail temporarily.

    • Fix: Wait a bit and try upgrading again—the bot will retry.

  3. Payment Not Showing Up:

    • Transaction might not be confirmed yet (Ethereum can take minutes).

    • Sent from wrong wallet or too little ETH.

    • Fix: Check your tx on a site like Etherscan, wait 10-30 minutes, then tap Verify again.

  4. Used a Contract Address:

    • Bot expects a regular wallet, not a smart contract.

    • Fix: Use your personal ETH wallet for sending.

  5. Verification Fails Repeatedly:

    • Could be network issues or exact amount mismatch.

    • Fix: Ensure you sent at least the minimum shown, and try Verify later.

  6. Pro Not Activated After Verify:

    • Rare, but restart the chat with /start.

    • Fix: If still issues, contact support (see contact.md).
